Crawbren and Associates offers a nine week leadership development and advocacy training institute directed toward clients of nonprofit services organizations. The institute provides participants the skills to Lead and become empowered so that they may have maximum Influence to promote change within their communities. Many graduates of the institute now serve on Commission and Boards in their communities bringing the much needed voices of clients to the policy arena
